In this talk, we analyze the judicial prosecution of the political opposition in the Austrian Corporate State based on a case study on Vienna during the consolidated phase of the Dollfuß-Schuschnigg-regime. We work with a dataset of over 1,800 cases processed at the Viennese provincial courts in 1935. Using a multimodal network approach, we reveal different strategies in charges and conviction of Social Democratic, Communist and National Socialist groups.
